Andrew J. Aumiller, PE

Andrew Aumiller started his career with Severud Associates in 2015 as a summer intern; after graduating from Pennsylvania State University, he returned full time in 2016. In 2024, Andrew advanced to associate. In his years with the firm, Andrew has gained deep experience with concrete and structural steel buildings and is particularly adept with arena projects. Andrew was an original member of the design team for the immersive entertainment venue Sphere, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he spent three years as the onsite structural engineer during the project’s construction. Andrew’s other challenging projects include the mixed-use development 851 Avenue of the Americas, the residential building at 250 West 81st Street, the high-rise office tower One Vanderbilt Avenue, and the TSX Broadway and Palace Theater redevelopment, all in Manhattan, as well as the mixed-use Halletts Point, Building 10, in Queens.

Andrew is licensed as a professional engineer in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and a Master of Architectural Engineering, both from Pennsylvania State University.
